WHAT IS PARA PARA?

Para para is Japanese club dancing. It's done alone. Unlike other club dancing, the movements for a song are preset and everyone does the same moves at once. You mostly use your arms.

There are two variants on para para and those are techpara (hyper techno) and trapara or torapara (trance).
